Send in a report HAYWOOD-BROADMEADOW FARM AIRFIELDSpotting InfoTake the A465 southwest out of Hereford town and after passing the B4349 to Clehonger on the right, take the next left down a narrow road. As the road bends round to the left, you pass the farm and the entrance is on the right straight after the large main hangar. As you drive in there are also a couple of hangars on the left. Friendly, ask for access. Last reported May 2012. Want to update or confirm the information is still correct? On entering the airfield, the field on the left is the car park, it faces the runway with the hangar entrance on the left - good visibility from regardless of runway direction. Very friendly, ask in the clubhouse for permission to access the main hangar and to walk airside and you'll need to sign the visitors book. The other end of the hangar is the maintenance hangar, also friendly, ask for access. Tiger Helicopters hangar is usually open during the week, but approach on foot as helicopters are everywhere - also friendly, again ask for access though they're often shut on Saturdays. Best to take a hi-viz jacket. Herefordshire Gliding Club, Herefordshire Aero Club, Tiger Helicopters Last reported March 2013. Want to update or confirm the information is still correct?
